Twilight of the Anthropocene

I know this may sound as a dumb question, but I havent fully played Nigeria yet.
But my question is; If Korea is united and controlled by Japan, and the Kim Family never taking over, how does Jucheism exist?
Is there some lore I'm missing?

Juche doesn't exist. "Juche" Nigeria is actually just the Communist Party of Nigeria, which is dominated by Romanian-influenced National Communists.
