What other countries will be able to join it?

I'm a new Dev so take it with a grain of salt, but essentially
After the Assassination of Adolf Hitler, the plane crash from Smolensk, and the ensuing collapse of the Reich, Japan realizes they're alone, so they sue for peace.
The reason for their sphere is not due to the peace deal, instead during the Cold War, Japan acts as the anti-communist power in the East, this role expands after the assassination of Goldwater
Yarvin's California can be an observer, and China can lose territory in the 3rd Sino-Japanese war, these territories instead get turned into puppets of Japan
