I was looking though the game files and I noticed that there was an ideology called "utopnat". Are any countries that'll have utopian nationalist paths, wait is Canaan utopnat?

Great question! We will have Utopian Nationalist paths for California and a few other countries in Go West. It was supposed to be teased a few days ago but we had to cancel the teaser since the path being teased had to be reworked.
