I'm a huge fan of 60s/70s psychedelic music, but also a bunch of other stuff. I'll just send my Topsters here.SexterMorgan wrote: Fri Jun 20, 2025 3:54 am Hey guys, I like music, especially electronic music!

You can't go wrong with some good old mashups, check out some 2manydjs mashups from the early 00s, absolutely mad hits.

Re: Music Thread
I'm a big fan of alternative rock, especially post-hardcore (which I'd consider myself an expert in). I also really neo-psychedelia and different subgenres of electronic music.
Huosono, Ferraro, Les Rallizes Denudes, The Residents... I really like your taste.galen wrote: Fri Jun 20, 2025 12:42 pmI'm a huge fan of 60s/70s psychedelic music, but also a bunch of other stuff. Thank you. I try to keep my tastes as open as I can, it's fun listening to new stuff and rolling the dice on whether you like it or not.Alix wrote: Sat Jun 21, 2025 5:08 pm Huosono, Ferraro, Les Rallizes Denudes, The Residents... I really like your taste.
If you want more recommendations, feel free to holler.

Where should I start with Zappa? I started with Uncle Meat but I didn't really like it.galen wrote: Sat Jun 21, 2025 5:59 pmThank you. From the artists that caught your eye in my list, I'd say that Lumpy Gravy and Freak Out! are excellent starters.Alix wrote: Sat Jun 21, 2025 6:12 pm Where should I start with Zappa? I started with Uncle Meat but I didn't really like it.

Here's my topster. It's more of a guide to my taste than a top.

I'll listen to them, thanks. Also, you've listened to John Maus, right? Since you're a fan of Ariel Pink and Ferraro.
